| Bravo Likely To Miss Another Game For CSK Image: cricbuzz |
Bravo, who came to the United Arab Emirates after being held to an unbeaten title by Trinbago Knight Riders in the recently concluded Caribbean Premier League, was not selected for CSK's opening game against Mumbai Indians on Saturday. Even though she was part of the team that played in the final less than a week ago, she could not play in that match.
Sam Curran, who played a versatile role in bowling, returned with the best player for the country (6 wickets for 28 runs and 1 wicket for 18 runs).
At the end of the opening of the IPL 2020, Fleming said, "Duane is injured so he cannot be in the first two matches." "But Sam's performance was very positive. His attitude is quite infectious. Today's performance was excellent.
"If Dwayne is capable, it will fit if he [Curran] plays as well. So he took the opportunity and pressured."
CSK won their first match with five wickets in four balls, benefiting from contributions from Ambati Rayudu (48-ball 71), Faf du Plessis 44-ball 58 *, and Piyush Chawla.
Nevertheless, Bravo's return to the tournament could mean a throw between two universal players for a place in the XI. Fleming did not rule out the possibility that the two could play together.
